Basum Tso Lake | another name Cuogao lake is the most attractive site in Nyingchi Tibet. Basum Tso lake area is very rich for marvelous scenery spots, many glaciers on the upper of the lake. Basum Tso lake lies in the area of about 26 square kilometer. There are fish in the lake and birds above the lake. This lake is very important for the sect Nyingmapa ( Red hat) beginning of The Tibetan Buddhism in 7th and 8th centuries on the shores of Basum Tso lake. The quality of the Basum Tso lake is surrounded by greenery of luxuriant virgin forest. The water is looking green and clear.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport, Pick you up from airport and transfer to Hotel. Short sight seeing around the city night in hotel standard for budget trip and 3 star hotel in deluxe tour. Sunday, Thursday.

Day 02: Kathmandu valley sight seeing.

Day 03: Kathmadu to Gonggar airport by plane one hour flight if weather is favorable excellent views of Himalayas and Mount Everest, Bramhaputra River, arrive at Gongar and to Lhasa via Yarlung River.

Day 04: Lhasa visit: Pothala palace, Jokhang monastery and Barkhor market.

Day 05: Lhasa. visit of Drepung and Sera Monasteries, Norbulingka the summer palace of the Dalai Lama.

Day 06: Departure to Basum Tso.

Day 07 - Day 08: Trekking. Night under Tent.

Day 09: Drive back to Lhasa.

Day 10: Transfer to airport and fly back to Kathmandu. Transfer to your hotel.

Day 11: Kathmandu. Free day for shopping.

Day 12: Transfer to airport and departure from Kathmandu.
