DESCRIPTION

The trek in region top of the world, Everest , Sagaramatha in Nepali and Chhomolongma in Tibetan is a popular destination for trekkers, explorers and climbers. This trek is also famous for its sherpa villages, monasteries and culture.

Trek in this area varies in 5 days trekking to month long among them Everest Base Camp Kalapathar and Gokyo lake treks are very popular. Fabulous sceneries and social life of Sherpa villages are another attraction of this region.

Another attraction is Sagarmatha National Park for those people who are interested in the wildlife. The route passes through spectacular forests of blooming rhododendron in March April, blue pine and fir.

Trek in Everest region, Everest Kalapathar trek is breathtaking and requires a good walking experience and a good physical health codition. This trek is very interesting walking with its panoramic view of Everest 8848m, Cho Oyu 8152m, Lhotse 8516m, Makalu 8463m and Ama Dablam 6456m. through the famous Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar, Tengboche Buddhist Monastery, Khunde Khumjung etc. Settlement of mixed ethnic group Brahman, Chhetri, Magar, Tamang in the low land and Sherpa in highland of Solukhumbu Everest region.

D 01 Arrival in Kathmandu, pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel.

D0 2 Sight Seeing tours in Kathmandu Valley.

D03 Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding 2850m (3 hr).

D04 Trek to Namche Bazzar 3440m (approx. 3 hr).

D05 Acclimatization day in Namche (As you'll be proceeding to higher, acclimatizationis very important. We will spend the day by taking a day hike to Thami or exploring Namche Bazzar.

D06 Trek to Tyangboche 3867m (approx.6 hr)

D07 Acclimatization day at Tyangboche. We recommend you to spend another oneday at Tyangboche from where you can make a day hike to Pangboche / climb the hill behind Tyangboche for good mountain view or explore the monastery itself.

D08 Trek to Pheriche 4240m (approx. 6 hr)

D09 Acclimatization day at Pheriche. Acclimatization is the most important in high altitudes. You can spend the whole day relaxing or short hike to Nangkartsang Gompa from where you'll have the chance for the great view of Mt. Makalu 8475m.

D10 Trek to Lobuche 4930m (approx. 5 hr).

D11 Trek to Gorakshep 160m (approx. 2 hr) and Everest Base camp.

D12 Trek to Kalapatthar 5519m in the morning and descend back to
Lobuche (approx. 2 hr).

D13 Trek to Dingboche 4410m (approx. 6 hr).

D14 Trek to Tyangboche (approx.5 hr).

D15 Trek to Namche (approx.7 hr).

D16 Trek to Phakding (approx.4 hr).

D17 Trek to Lukla (approx. 3 hr).

D18 Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu.

D19 Free day in Kathmandu.

D20 Transport to the airport and fly out.
